1. The value of this Public Offer Agreement
1.1 This public offer agreement (“Offer”) is an offer of the Autonomous Non-Commercial Organization Information and Publishing Center “Orthodoxy and the World” (“Organization”), bank details of which are specified in section 5 of the Offer, represented by Director Danilova Anna Alexandrovna, acting under the Charter, to conclude with any person who responds to the Offer (“Donor”) a donation contract (“Contract”), under the conditions provided for by the Offer.
1.2 The Offer is a public offer agreement in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation
1.3 The Offer shall come into force on the day following the day it is posted on the website, which belongs to the ANO “Orthodoxy and the World” on the Internet at https://www.pravmir.com (the “Site”).
1.4 Offer is valid indefinitely. The organization has the right to cancel the Offer at any time without giving reasons.
1.5. The Offer may be amended and supplemented, the changes shall take effect from the day following the day they are posted on the Site.
1.6 The invalidity of one or several conditions of the Offer does not entail the invalidity of all other conditions of the Offer.
1.7 The location of the Offer’s publication is the city of Moscow, the Russian Federation.
2. Essential terms of the Contract
2.1 Donation Amount: The donation amount is determined by the Donor.
2.2 Purpose of the donation: a donation for the implementation of the statutory activities of the ANO “Orthodoxy and the World”
3. Procedure for concluding the Contract
3.1 The contract is concluded by the acceptance of the Offer by the Donor.
3.2 The Offer may be accepted by the Donor by transferring money by any payment methods specified on the Site to the account number of the Organization specified in bank details in the section 5 of the Offer.
3.3 The performance by the Donor of the actions provided for by clause 3.2 of the Offer is considered an acceptance of the Offer in accordance with part 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
3.4 The date of acceptance of the Offer and, accordingly, the date of conclusion of the Contract is the date of receipt of money from the Donor to the account number of the Organization.
3.5. If the Donor agrees, the monthly payments are debited from his/her bank card automatically. To refuse to make monthly payments, the Donor has to send a written notice to the email address webmaster@pravmir.ru. The refusal must be sent no less than 10 calendar days before the deadline for the monthly payment.
4. Other conditions
4.1 By performing the actions provided for in this Offer, the Donor confirms that he/she is familiar with the conditions and text of this Offer, recognizes the significance of his/her actions, has the full right to commit them and fully accepts the conditions of this Offer.
4.2 This offer is governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
