The Investigative Department for the Novosibirsk Region awarded five teenagers with medals of the Russian Investigative Committee “For High Citizenship” for rescuing an infant left in a box on the highway.
On January 7, 2022, on the side of a highway near the village of Sosnovka, Novosibirsk Region, teenagers found a box containing a newborn child, reports the website of the Investigative Committee for the Novosibirsk Region.
“Thanks to the actions of caring teenagers, the baby was quickly delivered to a medical facility. At present, there is no threat to the life and health of the girl,” the report says.
Thus, on March 4, the head of the Investigation Department, Anton Badulin, on behalf of the Chairman of the Investigative Committee of Russia, presented Renat Litvinov, Ivan Nazarov, Stepan Ivanov, Artem Salnikov and Sergey Kosintsev with medals of the Investigative Committee of Russia “For High Citizenship”, and also thanked them for their active citizenship and kind-heartedness.
At the moment, investigators of the Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of Russia for the Novosibirsk Region are conducting a full and comprehensive investigation of the criminal case.
