Metropolitan Hilarion (Alfeyev)

Metropolitan Hilarion Alfeyev was chairman of the Moscow Patriarchate’s Department for External Church Relations 2009-2022. On June 7, 2022 he was appointed Head of the Budapest-Hungarian Diocese, Metropolitan of Budapest and Hungary. He authored many books, such as 'Jesus Christ: His Life And Teaching' (Volumes 1-3), published by St Vladimir's Seminary Press (SVS Press), in which he examines the miracles of Jesus in their scriptural and historical context, helping us to understand their deeper meaning and to see how they reveal the true identity of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior.
